The Challenge 

TSB is a transportation and logistics company operating in more than 20 countries across Europe, with over 50 logistics centers in Spain. Managing commercial operations for a B2B enterprise of this scale posed very specific challenges.

Joan Serra, TSB’s Sales Director, shared that the company reached a point where they needed to enhance their commercial management. Although they already had a CRM in place, it failed to meet their needs. They even considered developing an in-house solution. As expected, the implementation was swift. TSB quickly began leveraging features such as opportunity and activity tracking, a shared database, and the ability to propose and sign contracts instantly within the app. “We’ve improved our management time,” says Joan Serra.

“Previously, we had to fill out multiple reports, sometimes even additional Word or Excel documents. ForceManager not only generates these automatically but also integrates them seamlessly into our operations, saving us time and significantly simplifying management. 

Ease of use is another key feature praised by both the sales team and their director. Often, the biggest hurdle in adopting a new technological solution is the time required for full adoption. However, ForceManager’s user-friendly interface has successfully streamlined the sales team’s processes, ensuring they remain consistently connected. The key to this success is that all relevant information is housed within ForceManager.

The Results 

Since implementing ForceManager, TSB has strengthened its sales team and provided them with a tool designed for the modern salesperson. During challenging times, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the ability to work entirely online without the need for in-person client meetings has proven to be a game-changer.
