The Challenge

MilleniuM Investment & Retirement Advisors (MIRA) is a Registered Investment Advisory firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina catering to qualified plans around the United States. Previously using a variety of discordant platforms for their prospecting and sales processes, MIRA needed a reliable and centralized system to optimize their sales management strategy and effectively scale their practice.

The CRMs and solutions they used prior lacked structure, were very difficult to navigate and did not capture all the data and information needed to convert prospects to clients. Ease of use and integration, therefore, became key factors MIRA looked for when choosing a solution.

ForceManager 5500 allows MIRA to create targeted prospecting lists using various criteria, such as geography, industry, and potential plan alerts.

Having the application on the mobile device allows the team to easily access plan reports at home, in the office, or on the field – a necessary feature for representatives on the go. Without having to leave the app, the team can contact leads directly, and immediately log meeting notes, record action items, and set up follow-up tasks afterwards.

The Result

With ForceManager 5500, members of MIRA no longer need a plethora of systems for their prospecting and sales efforts. All the necessary information can now be found in one unified system, accessible by desktop, tablet, or mobile.

As a result, the firm’s time management has also greatly improved. Since the solution automatically tracks previous activity with clients and prospects, MIRA is spared from tedious and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on what they do best and what matters most – building relationships with underserved employers
