We thought we’d take a short break from our usual blogs on optimising sales performance, and use this space to tell you some of our latest news here at ForceManager.

Since its creation in 2011, the ForceManager team has continued to grow. We’re immensely proud that our software service is pushing boundaries and gaining recognition by professionals and businesses (both national and international) who are looking for the optimum sales management solution.

We can now proudly announce that we have flown the nest. The opportunity provided by technology business incubator La Salle Technova allowed us to focus 100% on our business, design our strategy, learn by trial and error, and define the talent we wanted to attract to build the ForceManager family. We’ve now entered a new phase of high growth, and moved earlier this year into beautiful new offices in the Maria Cristina district of Barcelona.

Our other major piece of news was receiving a second round of funding of €2.8 million, led by the Nauta Capital fund. Thanks to backing for our product and to the team behind it, we are now investing these resources to:

  • further develop the ForceManager software
  • conduct research into technological innovation, and
  • expand into international markets.

We have a growing, multitalented team, with experts in business and product development, sales and marketing, customer service and administration. We’ve also joined forces with leaders in our sector, organising seminars on Sales Efficiency on the Move, and inviting them to publish ebooks on best practice in the high-emotion world of sales.

We’re really excited about all these developments, which couldn’t have happened without the excellent professionals who believe in ForceManager, both within the company and in the wider business world.

Our objective is to improve sales management by providing a mobile solution that helps salespeople work more efficiently, and focus wholly on the task of selling. The ForceManager system increases the number of impacts between sales networks and their prospects, taking away the need for reporting by automatically recording sales interactions.

Our product came about because we recognise the importance of having good internal communication. Because we believe in coaching, in optimising time through correct inverse reporting, in pioneering technology, and in quality training to build the best sales teams. Above all, because we believe in people with values.

ForceManager is our technology-based response to help businesses grow again. And to encourage a desire to improve performance – on both a personal and professional level.
